Great service and atmosphere! Artur and Sofie were super helpful with everything! Very nice and clean place , friendly atmosphere for events and gatherings. Definitely would recommend to everyone to pay a visit and come see for themselves.

1 night stay for wedding ceremony

We stayed in 226 for 1 night for sister-in-laws wedding ceremony at the registry office. The room was on the small side but for centre of Winchester that isn’t a problem. The only problem we had was room 226 had no hot water. Would we stay here gain? Absolutely. Hopefully they can get the water situation sorted.

Can not fault the location or the staff BUT dear oh dear this is looking tired. The furniture is dated and looks ready for a change as does the decor. Sorry if this sounds petty but in the restaurant there are two prints on the wall next to each other that are exactly the same as each other - that is just lazy. I was also surprised that the better, and more expensive, rooms don't have safes. There are lifts but they are small and there is a floor they don't get to so bear that in mind when booking. I liked the way we were offered free drinks and snacks one night by very friendly staff but I was less impressed at the cost of breakfast that was very good. It is NOT a bad place to stay at but it could be so much better.

Tv in the room broken, asked maintenance to replace it and when I got back late they had done nothing, just an offer of changing the room. Shower fell dispenser empty. Room, very small bed up against a wall. Tired and run down. Wouldn’t stay here again.
