Had a lovely stay with friends, excellent food and breakfast. Rooms very comfortable. Excellent service from Reed throughout our stay . Would certainly stay again. Great location for the Christmas market and shops. Parking now issues and felt very safe x

Check-in was not a pleasant experience. Not enough rooms ready for occupation by 3pm, and insufficient staff on duty to manage all the ensuing complaints. Not a good overall first impression.

One of many stays at this hotel, the location is perfect for Christmas market, the cathedral and shopping and dining. The hotel does need updating, which if done would make this a great place to stay at.
