Me and my Husband have been staying in Ibis Al barsha for 7 years now. We have been a valued guests of this property for quite sometime now. This property is very close to us. This has been our second home in Dubai. We’ve waited for the resume of the operation after it was temporarily closed due to covid19 restrictions and recently we found out that the hotel resumed its operation already and so we decided to booked for the weekend after our hectic schedule at work. It was a well spent stay I must say, Mr. Ankit, the duty manager, has always been very helpful to us eversince. He would always make sure that we will have our stay comfortable whenever we are in the property and assures to extend whatever assistance he can to us just to make sure our stay is always memorable. We also commended Mr. Mohan, the restaurant manager, he was very accommodating to us and made sure we had a pleasant stay. He extended his service to us which already beyond his service line. Also, the staff/s in the restaurant, Mr. Saukat & Hasmina, they were both very helpful, industrious and very polite. They made sure that they provided the exceptional services to us during our stay within their work vicinity. I must say, this is one of our best stay amongst all our stays in the property. For us, IBIS Al BARSHA is incomparable amongst all property we stayed in Dubai. We are already working on our calendar for our return. Thank you ALL. We, appreciated your efforts.

I had an emergency situation as I wasn't feeling well and doctor asked me to take complete rest and for that reason I booked the hotel room for two days, but because of good services, I extended it to another day. They made me feel comfortable and I had a perfect break for my busy life. House keeping was really amazing, for that I want to thank Sujit Lana, Agata and Suresh and all others as well. Thank you so much.

Humidity smell in room,room not in good condition to stay and toilet so bad really I'm not happy the room was not like other room which is i leave before in other ibis hotel branch only the reception it's very professional

I made a reservation through Accor Application as i am a Silver member, and when i reach the property, check in was okay, and when i came in the room, i was so so disappointed. The water in the bathroom faucet colored dark brown and it has a smell, there was no fridge, and when I'm about to put my clothes in the drawer, ALL ARE SO DIRTY. This is my first time in that property and it will be the last. I called the reception to informed the concern and to move my reservation to any Accor hotel or Novotel. I can pay any extras i just cannot stay at IBIS AL BARSHA. She told me she will inform the manager and call me back in the room, but IT NEVER HAPPENED. I've waited for 20 mins for her call but nothing. I pack all my clothes and go down myself at the reception,. I speak with the FD agent that i need to leave, and she said they can move my reservation to Novotel AL Barsha,! and this happen on the same day where i need to celebrate the Valentines day, but from the beginning it ruin my day!

The room was not as expected, no fridge, the bathroom sink was blocked and the floor was sandy or dirty

I just use the room to sleep only, and was not having a time to complain and change it I was so tired to change my place . The room floor was not clean, the fridge was not available and the room looks very old and not like last time I use such room in the same hotel . I just sleep for 4 hours and go to my home with full of regret. Also, my mistake was not complaining at that time .

The bed is comfortable. However the room is a dated product and in need of a refurb. The HVAC systems needs to be changed: i) When the AC is on, it’s as if I’m sleeping in a plane ii) the room reeked of cigarette despite being in a non smoking section. Accoustics need to be improved as you can hear noise from the hallway

I booked Ibis Al Barsha, however, was told the day I was arriving that Ibis is still closed and I need to stay in Novotel. Upon arriving at Novotel, the security at the entrance had asked me to park myself in the basement (which is fine), however, he asked me "how many bags do you have?" I said I have one bag. He asked me to park in the basement and someone will help me with my bag. I went into the basement, couldn't find the lift (no signage), and was told by another (extremely rude) security that I need to park, WALK up the stairs and CARRY my bag up the stairs. Luckily I found a passing guest who showed me where the lifts are. Secondly, I arrived at the check in desk, felt super uncomfortable as there were 6 guests not wearing masks, no staff cared to ask them to put their masks on. I was checked in by the manager who was great, however, the first room I got had (what looked like) blood stains in the bath tub and a very dirty carpet. Felt super unhygienic. They moved me to a different room and requested to continue my stay at Novotel instead of moving to Ibis. On the second day, I was woken up at 1am to my hotel phone ringing, no answer when I picked up. Staying alone, it is frightening for that to happen. This was followed by a knock at my door at 1:30am saying it was room service- I was asleep and did not order anything. Later that morning, housekeeping forgot to remove the "please make my room sign" from my door after cleaning, and came to my room at around 4pm. He knocked, as I was walking to the door, he tried to let himself in (it was less than 1 minute after the knock that he tried to open the door). I could have been changing, or in the shower. Absolutely ridiculous. There is NO edible food in the hotel, the breakfast was disgusting (sorry for being harsh, it really was), there's no menu items for room service, forcing me to keep having to order from outside repeatedly and essentially eating cold food. Overall, I had by far the worst experience I have ever had staying at ANY hotel in the entire world. Absolutely disappointed, I do not see myself staying in any Novotel hotel in the world again. P.S. Your hair dryers are from 1900.

Our booking was upgraded to novotel it was good stay. Memorirable stay! reservation staffs was really helpful especially robin alex! However during our stay we had issue in our room bathroom door had where it was not getting locked wehad to call the engineer and team where our time was bit lacking . Rather than that we over all enjoyed our stay

Good Stay - Had an issue with location due to Ibis closed & moved to novotel

I have booked Ibis via accor page. Airport taxi dropped me infornt of hotel after taxi left only realized that IBIS closed and that info heard only from the security. Hence I had to walk all the way from Ibis to Novotel caring two bags weight 30 kg + one handbag (7kg). No one informed me via email or at the booking that Ibis is closed and you have to checkin at Novotel. Even I called the reservation team, if they informed me earlier this can be avoided. Its quit hard that time:-( Apart from that the stay, staff and service at the hotel is great.

I informed you with exact arrivaltime and even checked in online....no information that I was rebooked to another hotel.....obviosly you still do not know that the hotel is closed for good. very very disappointed....will never book your hotel again....

I stayed at the Novotel Al Barsha 3 times, I was happy for a couple of times but the last time had issues worth the room, I was not clean, there were some left overs in the rooms, the power went off in the middle of the night and the emergency light switched caused me to a disturbed sleep
