I needed a temporary home for a week, while I went about both personal and business affairs. The price and location of this property is ideal in many ways... close to the action but very reasonable cost. The property itself, while showing a bit of age, is nicely maintained. The breakfast offering and restaurant staff are really outstanding, especially considering this is "just" an ibis. Really friendly place to go in the morning. I found the staff at reception to be rather ambivalent. They were polite and efficient but... perhaps they are overrun by the number of guests coming in and out. While I don't expect to be, and do not really want to be, fawned over... since I was there for as long as I was, I'd have expected people there to notice me and greet. But, they never seem to look at people walking by, the way they do in other hotels. Back to the location... certainly central but not entirely convenient. Taxis are hard to catch... it's a fair walk to the Lumpini MRT station (yes, yes, there's a shuttle but those are never very helpful)... Having said this, a very very pleasant surprise was how close Fran's restaurant is... that is worth the price of admission alone!!

I had welcome drink on the bar at ibis Bangkok Sathorn, The Bartender name Poonyanuch Obuan (Khun. Piw) She do very well serving and kindy conversation with observation during her service at the bar, she take care me very well and understand with my feeling during conversation, she can motivate me to be happy all the time while I stayed with her and keep asking me if I need any assistance on the bar, She very well trained with professional service during I stayed with her, I would like the hotel keep kind like this personnel in your company, I very happy and would like to visit this hotel again Best Regards Zack

Spending three nights at the hotel was superrrr!. Hung DND sign for entire period as I sleep during day time and work at night and no need to clean the room during the stay anymore as the room was truly clean and spotless since I arrived, thanks to the housekeepers. Check in and check out were quick with top notch professionality. Location is loved, in prime area but really quiet and 7-11 is just the front. Only one sad thing is room wall is tiny, I could hear every word that next room's guests they spoke. 99% is super, worth every bath spent, very well trained staffs. No doubt to return.

well located, free shuttle trip to nearest BTS, you can go most of the places in Bangko from BTS. Staff are very cordial, It was good
