My stay was terrible
1- TV Was not working , it had to be replaced
2- Mini fridge was not working they replaced
3- Safe was not working , had to be fixed
4- each time I requested a bath-rope , Ice, etc it took 2-4 hours for my request to arrive
5- carpet has a very bad smell , and full of stains and gunk.
6- bathroom was cleaned very superficially , gunk gathered at core edges of shower box and most of the bathroom i actually had to clean it with a toothbrush
7- fire alarm going off after midnight
8- Actually encountered many bugs in my room
9- horrible room smell
You can go too google maps , check reviews and go to lowest , you will see that all my concerns are ture and been going since years back…

No water placed in room , being a platinum member no privileges for me.
I have to call every day for water , receptions tone during my call was not polite. Food is not suitable for being a South Indian normally option were there in Novotel, some time south dishes are terrible.

Everything was good location the hotel.... Just didn't like the service I called twice for fixing the ac and tv... But no one appeared... That's it.....

The room was good but the A/C was not adjustable. The safe lock was not working. The TV was not working.

Just lobby and busy check-in desk, maybe understaffed, maybe just a busy few days. Overall a pleasant team. Nice clean rooms, sufficient amenities, received status recognition and an apology for lack of upgrade due to high occupancy, it was well handled. Overall a good experience.
