Warm welcome from the reception by Mr. Badry and was well assisted by Abdul Aziz who went out of his way to meet my requests, nice, clean and quiet room. Would’ve given a higher rating if not for the valet team, who were arguing with each other when i was giving my valet ticket for car collection and the valet person was asking me that i need to pay for parking in front of the enterance to which i denied since i parked my car and gave the keys to the valet to park, he asked me to wait and had to go check then i was told im good to go. After my stay I was called by Mrs Sophie who was kind enought to ask about my stay. Overall happy with my experience.

When I arrived at the reception it was busy and when it was my turn, Javed from the reception was so nice and even if it’s busy he managed to inform details about the hotel and facilities. A very well spoken staff and a great Accor Ambassador I must say. In room dining food is amazing, we ordered shrimp biryani and taste and quantity of the food is amazing. Housekeeping was generous enough to give us extra amenities too because there was a set up for only 1 person only. Definitely will come back again.

Rooms was not clean at all

We choose to stay at this hotel during our anniversary.Overall good experience. Nice gesture of upgrading our room to executive room without additional charge.however, had extremely bad experience from front desk lady who answered my phone call couple of times when I contacted the hotel before the day of my arrival. I wanted to ask if hotel can arrive a small cake to celebrate our anniversary. I don’t know the name of the Person who took the calls on both occasions, but she does not have proper manner to talk to a guest, I felt I have been treated such a way that hotel is giving me a favor. These calls were made on jan 9th afternoon.other than this bad experience, everything was good. Special thanks to front desk person during our check in mr. Peter, he was really good and enthusiastic.

The Staff were really nice specially the receptionists, room is comfortable and clean, housekeeping were very helpful as well and active. The pool is amazing and has a nice view and other amenities like the gym are huge. Sadly steam and sauna are closed due to pandemic.

I felt like i was in a ibis or oyo hotel room..der was only 4 small waterbottles,no dental kit no disposal spa slippers,no gown towel was der.nd d room ambience was totally felt like i am in low budget ibis hotel nd d breakfast meal food which they serving its like very limited items were there as compare to other hotel like marriot group,hayatt group.it was my mistake to this hotel without reading the review from the travellers hu already stay in this hotel.it was my 1st tym booking in accor group nd after this trust me i will never go through the page of accor even..i was suppose to give 1 star ratting just because the hotel staff allow me to extend my checkout time for more 1 hour thats why i give one more star ratting extra for that reason only thats why 2 star is enough.

Hotel for those that want poor service and no attention to members

Completely disappointed with this hotel primarily because they lied at check in that I wasn't qualified for an upgrade. When I asked to check Puja pretended that she will upgrade at her own authority. Restaurant for breakfast is a joke. All the days, had empty chaffing dishes at 10 am. When I asked for something they said its finished. No coffee and all the hosts are rude.
