Nice hotel but a few problems, currently building work going on in the foyer and door keys stop working each day staff are super helpful though cannot fault their eagerness to assist and help. Food and drink is good and a nice heated outside pool on the first floor

The front office did a great Job. During my check-in, the Argelian Lady, I do not remember her name was very professional and efficient. the lunch in the Waves was not that impressive and the food was not so tasty, the service was good although. The room was not Accor standard. curtains with holes, no amenities, and just one set of towels. The bathroom was wet at the time of arrival. the breakfast was simple but flavorful, thanks to all the chefs in accommodating my requests and the staff for smiling and being extremely polite.

This place offers an exceptional blend of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. From the elegant rooms to the outstanding amenities, everything is designed with guest satisfaction in mind. A special mention goes to Ei Cho, the sweet and polite receptionist who made our stay truly delightful. Her warm smile and courteous nature set the perfect tone for our experience, making check-in and every interaction a breeze.

Rooms seems to be old, bathroom floor worn out, room carpet old/not clean. Lack of towels (room service did not have enough towels...
