Shoild not be classified as about star. I have stayed in better three stars hotels! First room provided had huge stains on the carpets and no running water, this was meant to be an executive suite. Second room had water but also had stains on the carpets and was very dated. Cleaners did not even replace the drinking water after cleaning, had to ask for water multiple times before it was sent. Valet takes at least 10 minutes to bring your car on most occasions sknetinesbjt can be as long as 20+ minutes.

The hotel itself is good. I really like and I'm frequent customer. But (as usual) I booked the hotel for my family and when enter in the room, there was no towels for everybody and no bed lines also. So I had to request. This is something that happens frequently when booking a room in this Novotel and Adagio. Looks like they don't prepare the room for the number of the occupants. One of the bed lines was dirty with blood stain. Replaced when requested.
