Beccaowl Families - TripAdvisor review

We arrived at 11.30am and left our bags as our room would not be ready until 3pm check in time. We checked in at 4.30pm and was directed up the lift to our 9th floor room. In the lift you need to swipe key card and then select floor - maybe needs explaining. Room great size with TV, fridge, safe, wardrobe, bath and shower and separate wc. Beds comfy. Breakfast was amazing - cereal, toast, pastries, cold meat and cheese, hot food including hash browns, and hot drink machines as well as juice. We booked a half hour slot for swimming pool - lovely facilities and had 10 mins alone and then another 2 came in. Towels available. Gym closed but didn't bother us as got to be 18 or above to use. Only negative was pool table not available and my 12 year old son would love to have beat me at a game! Left bags after check in as train not until 15.40. We would recommend this hotel and would love to revisit.

The level of customer service you receive from the wonderful staff at this hotel is just incredible. A massive THANK YOU to Jenny on the front desk who was so welcoming, kind and helpful throughout our 4 night stay. The rooms are SO clean and spacious. Showers are hot and powerful, the beds are comfy and bedding is immaculate. The swimming pool and facilities were super. This will be our go to hotel from now on when we visit Liverpool. A few minutes away from Liverpool One and plenty of bars, restaurants right on your doorstep !! Wonderful stay 11/10 !!!!
