Friendly staff great location special offer at the bar for having the Accor app and account. Thought this was a nice touch to give back if you have the app. We will be back. Would just like a biscuit in the room we missed that from the other hotels.

We did not enjoy our stay. We booked a city view room but our room looked straight out to another high rise building, not the city. To make things worse the building opposite to our window was being renovated and from 7.30am to 6pm we had workmen on a lift and scaffold directly outside our window being very loud and intrusive. So we literally had the window shut amd curtains closed the whole time sat in stuffy darkness. Ruined our special break. Also the swimming pool was frrrrreezing and cloudy. Had we been warned that builders would be at our window on the seventh floor the whole time, we would have saved our money and not booked Such a shame as the location was great.
