Hi I stayed with yous 2 weeks ago And I brought my child for a break as she suffers from autism Wee went to the hotel to check in a usual Got r room and went up to leave r bags in and have a nap because wee had a very early start early flight As wee went into the room the smell was horrendous honestly my child felt sick the smell was coming from the bathroom the hole room smelt very very bad So I went to reception ask for room to be changed the said no they send a caretaker up he came up n said go out for few hours he was putting chemicals dwn it which I wasn't happy about by this time the child was getting tired and aggravate so I went to change rooms again and the manager said they were full I wasn't happy 1 bit with this as it spoilt my weekend The other thing wee paid for the breakfast as well the breakfast was cold the milk for the cereal was off as well as I informed the staff and they changed it but I wasn't happy with my stay at the hotel ‍♂️

too long wait at the reception during the weekend. no back-up solution during the coffee machine strike at breakfast was disappointing. locks on storage by the pool not working. bathroom ceiling could have been cleaned better. Otherwise a nice stay :)

Disappointing. Reception badly organised. Staff not given adequate space though struggled on. Lifts worryingly problematic. Poor supplies of tea , milk etc in room

We had a fabulous experience stating with yourselves. The hotel location was super, but it was made extra special by the staff. Jade who checked us in was brilliant, so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant staff were also great. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate us. We will definitely be back.

Great location, fabulous staff. Rooms clean and tidy. Great food and lovely bar area. Disappointed to not get a swim time but it was a particularly busy weekend with lots of children in the city attending events so I guess that was to be expected.

Lovely hotel - very clean. Easily meets it's 4 star rating. Good facilities, friendly staff. Excellent (and flexible!) check in arrangements. Brilliant central location for all city centre attractions. Close to bus stationand Lime Street railway station.

Stayed with you many times. Rooms could now do with a freshen up as the decor is beginning to look tired and some of the features in the room seem either inadequate (air con) or are beginning to fail (bathroom plug, towel rail loose, fridge noisy and smelly). Also, we stayed in room 1116 and upon entering, there was quite a strong smell of sewerage but it wasn't obvious where the smell was coming from.

It is a challenging objective due to the actual circumstance, but I can insure you that we are putting all the manpower available in order to address it. Four of us sisters stayed for 50th birthday had an amazing stay and would like to thank Lisa on the desk she arranged for our rooms to be ready and went out of her way to make the room special for the birthday girl so unexpected but made the stay even more special . The room was a bit grubby with stains on the carpet and hot water was not available at times. Staff were fine but the hotel is looking a bit jaded now. Wouldn’t stay again, given the number of other options available.

Check in and check out bad check I due to staff with a que standing pn reception texting people on personal phone check out one member of staff 2 sitting in the office and a que bar pleasant staff need more choice on menu room needs a bath and sink in toilet to wash hands.

Lovely hotel, quick check in from very nice staff. Our room was lovely, apart from one of the cups had not been washed and was coffee stained. Disappointed considering they are meant to have heightened cleaning at the moment. Breakfast was lovely. Will return to this hotel due to staff and location.

Good visit apart from the FALSE Fire Alarm !

Was upgraded to Executive Room which was excellent only marred by a FALSE fire alarm at 12.15am on the Monday Evening. Bar Staff excellent and had one of if not the best Pizzas I have ever eaten. Good location for access to Station and other places of interest.

The staff and service we received from front of house and room service was excellent, friendly professional and very helpful. The room had stain on the carpet floor, there was a constant leak in the corner if the room. It was difficult to sleep at night due to the noise from the extraction fan which couldn't be turned off during our stay. The room had plenty of space but felt shabby

I was greeted and had a room upgrade on the eleventh floor which was all excellent. Went down for dinner and in 20 minutes just managed to get a drinks menu. The chef in the kitchen was leaning in the counter doing nothing. Two other tables were waiting to be served. So I walked out and ate elsewhere.
