La chambre était à côté des turbines. J'ai demandé une autre. Pas moyen. J'ai payé la différence (alors que sur booking.com c'était le même prix). La chasse d'eau ne fonctionne qu'à moitié. Pas de désinfectants, le divan pas propre et jamais nettoyé. Une serviette pendant tout le séjour (pour 2, et je devait appelé pour la deuxième) et le dernier jour, pas de serviette de bain. Une turbine défectueuse et soulante 3 des 7 nuitées. Désolé, mais c'est la première fois que ça arrive avec un des hôtels de votre chaîne

Hotel bien situé près de Dubai ski emirate mall et kempinsky qui accueille bcp de conférences. Chambre au confort juste suffisant sans extra. La chaise de travail est une chaise d écolier en multiplex. Bonne literie ce qui est essentiel. Sdb exiguë en rapport avec le prix, mais suffisante. Problème d écoulement d eau dans la douché. Défaut majeur pouvant entraîner des chutes. Pas de safe. Pas de service du tout pour les bagages. Bon séjour quand même. Climatisation efficace et réglablé, ce qui n est pas toujours évident. Hé recommande avec les réserves ci dessus.

absence de serviette et de service a la salle de sport absence de maintenance des batteries des systèmes d'ouverture des portes des chambres Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre, climatisation ou moquette chambre nettoyée mais oublie des serviettes de salle de bain et délai d'une heure pour obtenir les serviettes après 3 appels. je venais souvent, j'avais essayé d'autres hotels, je ne pense pas revenir car la qualité de la prestation hôtelière se dégrade depuis des années à cet hotel ou je réside très souvent.

Je me suis fait volé des lames de rasoirs achetées le jour même ainsi qu'un stylo Cross qui étaient enfermés dans ma valise. Pas de tapis de bain dans la salle de bain.La chambre sentait fortement la cigarette et n'était pas bien nettoyé.

La situation de l'hôtel, à proximité du Mall of Emirates, est idéale. L'établissement est propre et le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien achalandé. Malheureusement le ménage quotidien manque de sérieux et nous avons passé notre temps à réclamer des serviettes qui n'ont jamais été renouvelées en quantité suffisante...
