La plus mauvaise experience que j’ai eu en Algérie!!!! Le sauna ne peut chauffer que jusqu’a 31 degrees(sic). Le petit dejeuner c’est vraiment a minima. Le service inexistant, Mais la mauvaise foi est permanente. Le bruit dans les chambres du fait des fenetres non etanches. En fait lorsqu’ il ya un probleme dans un hotel cela peut etre du fait d’ un employe, Mai’s lorsqu’il y a un nombre important de problemes comme c’ est Le cas dans cet hotel, cela vient du management . Toute les reclamations faites pendant ce sejour sont restees sans reponses. Les moquettes sont sales. Je vous deconseille vivement cet etablissement!!!

L'accueil dans ce Novotel est très désagréable. Lors de notre arrivée tardive (et annoncée avec carte bleue préalablement) la personne au comptoir ne veut pas s'occuper de nous car c'est la fin de son service ! On a attendu plus d'1/2H pour avoir une personne qui daigne s'occuper de nous ! Et très mal. Aucun service. Malgré nos demandes pour réparer le coffre, le pommeau de douche et pour obtenir une couverture, rien ne se passe ! Séjour très désagréable !

Om maar gelijk met de deur in huis te vallen, die hotel is zwaar over de datum. Tapijten vies en smerig, overal achterstallig onderhoud zichtbaar en personeel wat niet echt service gericht is. Na aankomst in de kamer, bleek er geen wifi signaal. Bellen naar de receptie en die zouden iemand sturen. Nooit gezien. Uiteindelijk naar beneden gelopen en daar wist men te melden, dat er problemen waren met de wifi in heel het hotel, maar dat er aan gewerkt werd. Een etmaal later was er nog niets veranderd. Ontbijt haalde net een voldoende, het dinerbuffet niet. Betalen met de creditcard bleek in principe te kunnen, maar de pinapparaten waren of stuk, of de accu was leeg. Belachelijk, dat je na 20 minuten wachten, nog niet hebt kunnen betalen.
