ibis Constantine 3 stars

I have stayed in many Ibis hotels and this one is not up to the usual standard. On arrival very late at night (because of the timing of my flight), I had to pay for my room, but the receptionist's card payment machine wasn't working, and I only just scraped together enough cash for the first night. During my 2 night stay my room keyard failed three times necessitating another trip down to reception. There was no bin in either my bedroom or bathroom, just a folded brown paper bag for any rubbish. There were two bottles of water, but no glass or cup to drink from. The soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower cubicle was missing, although two small tubes were in the bathroom. The elevator was quite dark because one of the lights was out. Breakfast was pretty basic, but just about OK. Overall, an impression of standards slipping and a lack of good management. On the plus side, a very central location and a wonderful mountain view from my window.

Ibis hotels are much the same the world over. This one is fine, with comfortable rooms, a good buffet breakfast, and good wifi. The hotel's main selling point is that it is in a great location, right next to the indoor market and Bennacer Square.

it was great with an amazing reception experience, the room was clean and the bed sheets and towels were changed daily. i would highly recommend it.

Nice reception women warm welcome , she offer me water bottle and guided me to get my rooms ready in good way .

Well I Generaly don't care much but this time I was with all my family booked two rooms, both had the bed and pillow sheets not clean still with hair from previous guests. I understand it's an international group of hotels but nevertheless we are in majority of Muslims at least have the douchette installed in the toilets allowing proper cleaning and preserving the toilet paper even. At the check in we had to wait for a very long time since there was only one receptionist although there was two desks. At the checking out I had to leave the door key with gard since I could find the receptionist waitwd for 20min I had to go since a had a long trip ahead. At last the buffet price is extremely expensive price should be lowered to clients spending the night there. Realy disappointed
