Front Office - Quick Attention. Very Polite interaction. Housekeeping - Provided Prompt Service. Room done as per the standard Food & Beverage Production - Breakfast spread is healthy, Sauteed Vegetable suggested in the Menu. Staff attentive in the Restaurant Food & Beverage Service - Service was good in the Restaurant. Chef preparation was Good Engineering Maintenance - Lift access card reader to be checked. It takes several minutes to read the card Travel Desk: It will be more helpful, If someone interact well [What I expect is sharing more information to travel around]

Nice Location Good for Business traveler

It was a nice stay, Actually I called the hotel from the airport for booing no one answered as I called 3 times and I took a cab and did walk in and Jothi assisted me with the booking and got the room Non smoking twin Room was good Bed Base cover need to be changed or washed it is a dirty. All staffs were Good and helpful From Jothi, Blaire, Ahmed at Receptions and the person changed my room at reception from 473 to 347 also was very helpful. HK staffs on the 3rd floor, 4th floor and at HK desk in the evening shift was very good and polite and quick enough to deliver the amenities. At the entrance a gentleman arranged hotel cab with driver Anis for city trip was very helpful… Anis was also very informative and help full. Only I had challenges at the time of Check of out a gentleman name Ronald or Roland surprised by Saying that he could not able to store my luggage as the storage is full I was shocked by his answer asked what I can do now he replied you can take with you sir, I approached at front desk with Ahmed and he came to assist me Roland understood that I am going to complained and he quickly called me and informed me that he can accept but he will keep in another place I have no problem to keep anywhere but saying no directly unacceptable and when he opened and showed the storage there is space for my one small hand luggage which is fits in the aircraft cabin that’s much small bag only I wanted to be stored just for 2 hrs. However after little bit of unwanted situation managed to stored. I was very late to Catch the flight which is 8:45 PM and I had left at 7:10 PM from The hotel and hurry to go airport a security at shift assisted me to arrange a hotel cab quickly and hotel cab driver was good and understood and took me to the airport on time I was able to checked in at the time of just closing gate for check in Thank God. The room service was not up to the mark, for example I asked for two glasses in the reception and they didnt deliver it until i went down to the reception for another two times. I had to go down to the reception as the room service number was not picking up the call.
