30 seconds from Brighton Railway Station. 10 minutes walk to the sea front, 10 minutes to the lanes, plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and a shopping centre within 10 minutes of walking. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Room was super clean, comfortable, everything worked as it should. The TV was a decent size and one of my most important things about staying in a hotel…the shower… spacious, powerful with good water pressure and temperature control. Excellent nights sleep and would absolutely stay here again for the price and location.

Just stayed one night. Staff were all excellent, breakfast was generous, all round good atmosphere. There was some noise from outside but that is hardly surprising given the busy location. Would be happy to stay again.

Very easy booking in on arrival - friendly helpful staff - we were celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary & room had balloons/chocolates which was a lovely surprise Hotel in ideal location for us because we could use bus service to travel to seafront as well as access The Lanes & explore shops Breakfast lovely staff on hand to help when needed Will definitely go back for another visit
