This is one of my favourite hotels to stay at. Staff are always amazing, but this time the executive lounge was disappointing. the rooms are lovely and breakfast is very good.

Very friendly and welcoming team. First from reservation staff- Lucy who was very helpful and patient to secure my bookings. Wen arriving at the hotel, ALim,and Hyeongsh were very friendly and careful in going through my three bookings and provided excellent advice and demonstrated professional. Alim was particularly stood out and offer to carry my luggages. Very thankful for his prompt help. Will definitely come back to stay again

I was wrongly charged for minibar items after my stay, even though I didn't take any. I only discovered this error when I reviewed my credit card statement.
