Amazing staff and service

We stayed at the Pullman Sydney Olympic Park (as I have done on numerous times before) to see a concert at Homebush. From the moment we arrived the service and attention to detail was incredible. Check in was a breeze, welcome drinks were in our room and our bags were taken up. On check out when our car was bought around (its an EV) the concierge team had organised to have it fully charged. As we live hours from Sydney this was such a lovely thought and meant we could drive straight home rather than stop to charge. In addition two bottles of water were left in the car drink holders for us to drink while driving. No doubt my best experience at this Pullman out of all the times I have been.
