I think the pillow issues has been for sometime We had two pillows for 3 people I was hoping to have a good night sleep that’s why you don’t care about paying the extra money But I was disappointed again about such essential thing to do Put pillows in the wardrobe, most places have them as spares most people sleep with pillow

Everything was good, Except for 2 incidents. 1. Room was booked with 2xDouble Beds. However, was only given 2xSingle beds. 2. After checkout, the following day I checked my credit card statement and saw a charge. I phoned and they said it was for chocolate. I did not have anything from the minibar. I was told this would take 10-20 days to reimburse (still waiting). I shouldn't have to check.

Booked a room for 3 adults. Paid over $400 for one night. Upon arrival, room has two small double beds (which is really unacceptable for a luxury hotel). Room 1058 in need of refurbishment. 2 pillows provided with beds setup for 2 single adults. Called reception to rectify pillows and suggest the room was not good enough. Reception puts call through to Accor reservations without announcement to them. Reservations were helpful although perplexed with the method of the hotel. Reservations then contacted hotel to arrange extra pillows. Valet parking was the highlight. Would not stay here again, made me question my Accor membership. 2 out of 4 stays in as many months have been poor.
