Overall a good experience and I'm happy. Price paid was ok but much expensive than last year. Hotel room very clean. Worth staying in Ibis Red. Ibis Blue is a little too basic.

very happy with everything. Staff in the evenings are overworked, always extremely busy but also very efficient and pleasant. think more staff required depending on what is on at NEC

Room was compact, clean and tidy. Bathroom spotless. This Ibis is our BHX go-to choice when we stay overnight for early flights. Only disappointing factor was that the TV did not work & being tired and on the 8th floor, I couldn’t be bothered to go to Reception to get it sorted.
