Easy to check in, good customer service, nice breakfast buffet. However, a few minor issues were: 1. The room key would easily stop working and I had to go back down 3 times during the days I stayed to get the key reset 2. Only one towel in my room, no hand towels 3. Only one person doing check ins, which made the check in slow

The hotel does not offer dinner, the door locks were in trouble, which made the guest return to the reception several times to ask for help, this occurred in several rooms. Remark: The ALLACCOR (LE Club) program was not scored.
