From the very beginning, my family and I needed to complain about the dirty and dust in my room resulting in a room change. After we moved to the new room, we noted the same problem... dust was everywhere and the remote control of the tv was wrong. We have complained twice without any results.

Bathroom roof is leaking water. Not clear what noise it is in room, it is continuously never stop. And room is smelly.

What bother us the most was the bad smell present in the bathroom of our room. Not so bad but still present was a unpleasant smell present in the corridor to our room. This seem to be caused by a lack of proper maintenance of the premises.
