Shared facilities (lobby, restaurant, pool and garden, parking, etc.) are generally good, but rooms are lacking maintenance. Need to replace room flooring, renew some bed / bath clothes, fix door locks (!!), replace black- out curtain.

However, we sincerely regret that the guest room did not provide the same positive experience. Thank you for highlighting the maintenance points, such as the room flooring, renewal of some bed and bath linen, door lock repairs and the replacement of the black-out curtain. It's reasonable. I've already stayed in all three options from Accor at the same street in Campo Grande, and of course, this is the best one. But even though, it is not satisfactory. It is old, it needs renovation, linen and towels need replacement. Cleanliness is ok.

After staying in other hotels I decided to try again Novotel, also believing in response of my last feedback. To have my platinum membership advantages in use, I contacted hotel two weeks before my arrival to check my status for reservation because I had an error in it in my all accor app. I did not receive any response. Thats why day before my arrival I sent another email. This was neither responded. My level was not linked to my profile when I arrived. Because no one wanted to read my emails. I arrived after midnight so I would have liked to have some snacks that normally are in the room due to level, but this was not the case. Luckily there was a nice gentleman who understood the situation and was able to give a room upgrade after finally we managed to link my account to reservation. Also when going to breakfast the women at the front desk not even wanted to greet me but looked away. Not very welcoming feeling. I have another reservation for Novotel in two weeks but I would like to have some confirmation that this stay would be better if I decide to keep the reservation

Lamentamos profundamente pela falta de resposta aos seus e-mails antes da chegada e pela falha na vinculação do seu status ALL – Accor Live Limitless Platinum à reserva. Isso não condiz com o padrão de atenção e reconhecimento que prezamos, especialmente para um cliente fiel. Também sentimos muito pela ausência das amenidades habituais e pela percepção de falta de acolhimento no café da manhã. Hospitalidade começa no olhar e no cumprimento e não podemos falhar nisso. Por outro lado, ficamos satisfeitos em saber que nosso colaborador noturno conseguiu auxiliá-lo com o upgrade após a regularização do cadastro. Ainda assim, sabemos que a experiência precisa ser consistente do início ao fim. Já reforçamos internamente os fluxos de resposta a e-mails, conferência prévia de status ALL e abordagem de acolhimento nas áreas sociais. Seu relato gerou ações práticas. Sobre sua próxima reserva, gostaríamos muito de ter a oportunidade de reverter essa percepção.
