Sadly this hotel is run down. The rooms are not well maintain; walls are dirty, bed linen with holes, curtains with holes in them; furniture in the pool are broken, etc. the hotel staff is nice and the breakfast is very good but there is no consideration to maintain the facilities to a minimum standard, sadly.

Same old Novotel CGR. I did my reservation via all accor app but at arrival did not get any notification about my level: no upgrade, no welcome gift or anything.

Good Breakfast. Nice facilities. Room was ok, but towels in the bathroom are poor quality and no cloth hangers in the room. It is not bad, but far from the Novotel typical standards. More like a Mercure.
