The room is clean but the hotel is clearly understaffed and with terrible service. Long waiting times for everything.

I WAS assigned to you by LATAM when they cancelled a flight. There was a heavy quilt ONLY on the bed & it was too much. I needed only a sheet. I could not figure how to adjust the air, as the room was a bit cold but I never heard the air conditioning running. There was a bit of water from a leak (room 131) in the bath but it did not affect me. It was quiet. I could not find any other bedding, such as sheets or light covers, in the room. The breakfast was good. I did not mention this at the front desk as I had to get back to the airport the next a.m.

Was a good stay in the hotel, which is situated close to a beautiful park. The hotel has a pool which was much appreciated on the hot afternoons and served an excellent buffet breakfast. The a la carte menu, as well as just generally the food and service besides the breakfast, was not great, so would suggest rather eating in the restaurants in the evenings.
