Not well located, cleaning was not very good. Stains on the walls, shower was wet as we entered, had the impression the last guest had just left and there was no time to proper cleaning.

Had some issues checking out. Room was not clean and fancy as shown on the website. I left early in the morning and paid for all the extra expenses, such as room consumptions and dinner. My wife left 4 hours later than me, and they charged her again, even more what I´ve paid. This can´t happen no matter what.

I am a Platinum ALL Member, and my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. If you are on business (as I were) and believe that all Novotel follows a standard level, this is not the case. The service level is very poor and early in the morning people from housekeeping employees talking loudly, disturbing your sleep. I have been there for 3 night and in the second night I requested a room-service, which they decided to attend after fourth request...

Our time here was very comfortable, therefore the food was not that good because some of the items we asked for weren’t available. As a sugestion: the employees, which were very attentive, should be able to work with clothes that are best suited to the city's very hot climate.

All flights to Brazil were cancelled and we could not go on our holiday. We repeatedly emailed both the hotel and Novotel head office to see if we could cancel or rebook at another hotel and neither replied - ever! Then they send us an email asking us how we enjoyed our stay. Total incompetence

The room was stuffy and smelt of mould. The mattress I estimate was older than the building itself.Would not stay there again. I expect the Ibis next door was probably more comfortable. From what a colleague told me, it is.

That's a good hotel as the atmosphere is very pleasant. Good service and kind staff. Nice breakfast with a large variety. Good amenities provided in the rooms. The neighborhood is quiet and a wonderful place for a walk.

I stayed at this Novotel prior to my drive to Bonito, MS. Although the property is not too close to Campo Grande's airport, it is very easy to find. It offers good value, friendly staff, a nice setting and great value.

It's a good hotel for business and family, due to playground, swimming pool and business room. The rooms are large and have air conditioning (what is mandatory in that climate), the bathroom is good,however the finishing on it's ceiling could be fixed. There is free internet across the hotel fast enough for e-mails and social media. The staff is very helpful and polite they try their best to help in what we need. The hotel is close to Nações Indígenas Park and there is Taxis very close. Novotel is a good option for families in Campo Grande and I'd stay there again if I had to go back there.

My hosting at the Novotel Campo Grande was very nice. The hotel has good location and easy access, the the building looks brand new, and the rooms are comfortable and well cleaned. My only complaint was the room did not have heating. During my stay was 9 degrees and had to solve the problem with warm clothes and blankets.

Great Hotel. Good localization. Rooms are pretty new and clean. Wi-Fi works properly but restaurant with limited breakfast. Considering other options in the city of Campo Grande, this is an excellent option.

there were many ants in the apartament 0166. Side of bed, in bathroon and near from TV. In the bathroon the ants were in the washbasin. It's terrible. In the check out I notified to the hotel employees, just to get better in another stay.

Coming back from Bonito, we stayed in Novotel Campo Grande just for one night before taking an early flight back home. Great dinner with great service and funniest waiter in town (Mr. Roberto). Ana at the front desk was very helpful and helped with all our needs. Great choice and good value.
