At arrival neither theAC or security box worked. Day 2 the security box was replaced. Day 3 the AC worked for one day, then broken again. Breakfast was great, it was clean, great beds and it was quiet. So all in all a satisfying visit.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I experienced several issues related to cleanliness and maintenance. The corridors, including the carpet, were very dirty and had an abandoned appearance. The elevator was also dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor. In addition, on one of the days, housekeeping forgot to provide bath towels after cleaning the room.

Shared facilities (lobby, restaurant, pool and garden, parking, etc.) are generally good, but rooms are lacking maintenance. Need to replace room flooring, renew some bed / bath clothes, fix door locks (!!), replace black- out curtain.
