Very pleased with the team at the hotel on 2 counts 1/ Provided a room for me to check in to even though I arrived quite early at the hotel (about 9am) 2/ Suggestions and opportunities to get a meal and drinks late at night (past 12 midnight)

My son and I stayed, each of us had a key card. One evening in the lift neither card was operating the lift: the doors opening an closing. We were joined by another guest. We explained, the key cards worked sometimes they did not. Our fellow guest responded, just like the staff, sometimes it's great, sometimes it's.not. Once again, a stay with no hot water: no hot water throughout Sunday. A repeat of my stay in April at the Ibis Style Troyes. How's, let's be balanced: there were some moments of magic with people who would be an asset to any organisation, so thanks to everyone who did their job with a smile. Onwards to the next time.

The hotel was fine and in a nice location for what we wanted. It did appear under staffed. We waited quite a while at the bar as the only person was also registering new guests. She was very helpful and pleasant so not her fault. Breakfast similar, a bit short of product,,perhaps timing by us (?) and one of the drinks machines was usually short of something, coffee or juice

Hotel very tired. Towels thin and worn. Far too hot in the room. Toilet squashed in. Toilet door battered at the bottom. Breakfast only just adequate. Not straightforward to get in and out of the parking garage. Area run down.
