overall satisfied. But the beds and pillows needs to be upgraded. As well as the toilet, a bidet would be nice and isn't expensive to install one. Breakfast was ok, but the spread should change daily. Staying for 3 or more days requires varieties for breakfast.

First time in Hong Kong on 12h layover flight with 3 bicycles and 3 bags. Novotel convenient location, day use room and airport shuttle made it possible for us to shower, relax and visit Ngong Ping 360 before our next flight. I recently stayed at your hotel and enjoyed the beautiful location and the general facilities. However, I’d like to highlight that my experience with the reception staff was not up to expectations. I didn’t notice any difference in treatment despite being in the silver membership tier, nor did I receive the perks that come with it. For instance, I’m entitled to a late check-out, but the staff consistently avoided accommodating this benefit. Overall, the hotel is lovely, but it really needs a more professional and friendly reception team to make the stay truly pleasant.
