Handy for the Kasbah, just around the corner. Clean room, good swimming pool area. Excellent bar staff. A short walk (10-15 mins) to the local square where local food can be obtained if desired. Peaceful after the frenetic pace of Marrakech.

Good points: nice check in, great swimming pool and hotel design. Good size of bathroom and efficient air-conditioning. Birds in the garden. Good parking and location. Bad points: this hotel needs deep clean. Stairs really dirty and smelly. Smell of dirty mop. Kitchen doors sticky dirt I'm afraid what is inside. Breakfast tasteless and worst in Morocco. Nightclub next door. When I went to the reception at 3am to ask for some earplugs they laughed at me and said that they don't have it. On the check out they were asking for payment which was already done thru booking.com. My wife almost paid it. Worst Ibis I've ever stayed.

The hotel was ok but I thought it was too expensive. Communication about the price with the employee did not go well. He showed me a suite consisting of two rooms and mentions a price of 55 euros. Then I agreed. When paying I had to pay 125 euros including breakfast. The price of 55 euros appears to be from 1 room. Unpleasantly surprised.

The air did not work very well and room was hot

The air was not working very well. Talked to front desk and they said give it some time. Had a co worker stay for over a week and his never got cooled. He had to sleep with a wet towel over him because he was so hot. I will look to book somewhere else on my next stay next month. My co worker booked the room in person and when I got there they did not have a reservation under my name

we have a pleasant surprise in the room as member of the accor loyalty program room was good and clean soundproof breakfast was good cheese bread etc etc coffee was good reception /incheck quick and helpful close by supermarket good parking rservation departement was helpfull to find solutions kees

Stayed for two nights. Location is fairly central. Had previously read reviews of the hotel so were not expecting a great experience. Staff were generally pleasant and helpful. Room was small but better than expecting. Bathroom needing some attention to get in back up to scratch. Only had two small bath towels in the bathroom. On asking for two hand towels were advised by the manager that all Ibis Hotels only provide two bath towels and one hand towel. Still waiting to see a hand towel but we did receive a bath mat! Breakfast basic. Did not have dinner in hotel as there are a number of very good restaurants in Ouarzazate. We were disturbed at night by loud music from a nearby club but to be fair to hotel that is outwith their control. I have to say the price was very cheap and I suppose you get what you pay for. Can't imagine ever booking an Ibis Hotel in the future. I think they are letting the Accor brand down. Ouarzazate was lovely and we had a couple of active days viewing the various sites in the area.

Good location, staff very helpful , lot of noise from hotel next door, and had to move room.....normal Ibis breakfast but 3.mornings the scrambled eggs were cold ! Handy location for the artisan Kasbah....and the resturants around the square...

I purposely choose Ibis when I travel in Morocco for consistency and because of the guarantee of decent air conditioning. In this hotel, the room was fairly cool, though it could have been cooler, but the lobby, bar, and restaurant were uncomfortably hot.
