Didnt like the rule of car provided to drop office for which i have to wait an hour if i miss one schedule period

Regarding the transportation service, our office shuttle/car service operates on fixed schedules to ensure timely service for all guests. We understand that waiting for the next scheduled trip can be inconvenient if a departure is missed, and we appreciate your understanding of this arrangement. With respect to the room, please note that the accommodation provided is the same room category that was selected and confirmed at the time of booking. As the reservation was made for a Twin Room with two separate beds, we have assigned the room accordingly. We also note your comments regarding the room size and appreciate your feedback. Dear Sumit S., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. I am truly sorry to learn that your experience fell well short of both your expectations and the standards we strive to deliver. I sincerely apologize for the series of lapses you encountered—from the uncollected room service trays outside your room, the lack of attentiveness during breakfast, the untimely extension call on a malfunctioning phone line, and the housekeeping interaction during your departure, to the inconvenience at the smoking area access, the security check on your Blinkit delivery, and the lack of warmth and courtesy during check-out. While each of these may seem like an individual incident, I completely understand that together they created a frustrating experience and left you feeling that genuine hospitality was missing. For that, I am truly sorry. Please be assured that I have shared your feedback with the respective department heads and the leadership team. We are reviewing each of the concerns raised and will be addressing them with our teams to ensure these service gaps are corrected through immediate coaching and process improvements. It is particularly disappointing to know that this was not your first stay with us and that we failed to leave you with a positive impression. We genuinely value every opportunity to host our guests, and I regret that we did not demonstrate this during your visit. We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, and the location couldn’t have been better—everything was conveniently close by. A heartfelt thank you to Pavneet, the Duty Manager, and the housekeeping staff for making our stay so pleasant. The housekeeping team was incredibly considerate and patiently worked around our schedule. I was especially impressed by Pavneet’s prompt help when I thought I had misplaced my sunglasses. He immediately checked, confirmed they were still in the room, and followed up to ensure I had all my belongings. It’s this level of care and attention that truly sets the team apart. Thank you for going the extra mile to make our stay perfect. We look forward to staying here again!
