Hotel is located internally and mosquitos are very much in surrounding

This was my second stay here, and unfortunately, the experience was again disappointing, similar to my first visit. The check-in process felt very casual, and the staff responded to queries in a rather indifferent manner. For instance, when I asked about a complimentary cot for my infant, I was initially told it would be chargeable, but later found out that it was actually complimentary. This inconsistency reflects the overall lack of clarity and service standards. Overall, the experience did not make me feel valued as an Accor Gold member.

The rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, and the bathtub was a great addition that made the stay more relaxing. The swimming pool was clean and nicely maintained, which we really enjoyed. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The food this time felt average compared to previous experiences. Also, the removal of bicycles from the property was a bit disappointing, especially as kids really enjoyed riding them earlier. Considering the ample space available, adding more kid-friendly engagement options like a play area or activities would make the experience even better for families. Overall, it was a good stay, and with a few improvements, it can be even better.
