Clean Rooms but is this a hotel?

Overall dissappointing. Property is not set up to be a hotel. Its like a branded AIrBNB. Rooms were clean and views were great but non functioning so I spent my first afternoon waiting for technician to fix the shower, safe and refrigerator. Most annoying is the hotel refused to honour welcome drinks and Accor "Dining and Spa" vouchers despite being listed on the Accor site as a participating hotel. This was based on them not having a bar and restaurant. They did have self serve icecream and drinks fridge in the pool area which they charge back to the room. I suggested I redeem from here but was outright denied. Staff just unhelpful. I can't see myself coming back I just don't understand why accor will have this property on its list.

The staffs are friendly but the rooms are not well maintained. The keys card for the rooms and elevators were not working properly. The toilets and bathrooms are not so clean. The sink was leaking water. The glasses door of balcony can’t be locked.
