Overall, we are satisfied. It’s near to metro, few restaurants n Asda/Tesco express. However, the hotel did not provide kettle or tea/coffee or mineral water.

This was the first time I stayed and overall I thought it was good value for money, it was in a great location, a few minutes from the tram. The staff were polite and welcoming. The bed was comfortable.

group of 4 Adults 6 Kids, staff were accommodating/Friendly with children. Lovely Peaceful location near MediaCity. Tramline on the doorstep which makes the location convenient for travelling around Manchesters main attractions was perfect for our group. Would Recommend this Hotel 100% for groups like us that wanted away from the hustle and bustle with the children and an elderly woman.

Facilities are basic as expected but there is not even a toilet brush in the room - eeech! When asked fir one staff said they do not supply them. Parking last time was a major problem in that although I correctly paid the hotel I was threatened by the parking company with gour hundred poubds worth of fines. It took 2 months to sort out hence this time I requested that the receipt be marked as parking paid but the staff refused. When I asked to see the manager the counter staff refused to contact him. Furthermore this is supposed to be a dog friendly hotel but apparently the staff decided this time that there are restricted areas although there are no signs to that effect anywhere. Go elsewhere.

We are also sorry to hear about your difficulties in reaching the manager, I will personally follow up with the team member that refused to at least share my contact with you or call me for assistance on spot if I was available. Lastly, we regret any confusion regarding our dog-friendly policy. We will ensure that all designated areas are clearly marked to avoid any misunderstandings. On arrival I found a peach stone in the top bunk of the bed, there were wall stains in yellow and the under sheet was covered in yellow stains. Felt pretty grim staying in there
