Pre bookin and Reception Shambles

Pre booked in. When I arrived, staff were using a mobile phone with a cracked screen. No idea who I was. 10 mins later I got my key card when it should have been ready for me. Then, my card lets me into a room where 2 people were already asleep. Then new room key card didn't work. At 10:20 next day, card was rendered unusable when checkout is 11am. Even the cleaning staff who helped me thought the reception was a shambles. Maybe give me ny money back?

Key card wasent working, guys at reception “fixed” the key card 4 times and none of it worked. Then promised to fix the door/key card for when we get back a few hours later and was still not fixed. Also air con made a strange scream sound and the shower was leaking onto the floor.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel, rude staff (besides one who was friendly) and dirty rooms. I have emailed Ibis to discuss this and had no response, would not stay again and would not recommend

The location was great for such a cheap stay! The room was super comfy and clean would highly recommend. Only negative was that there was no milk alternatives available for the tea and coffee station in the room
