Hotel was in a brillant location, very clean and comfortable rooms and lobby. Was able to check in hours before check in time. Only complaints are the walls are very thin so can hear everything and had issues with the locks on the door. Other than that would recommend for the brillant price!

This hotel is well located in central Manchester. We had a decent sized room on the top floor which was very comfortable and clean although the heating was a bit noisy. (I appreciate that 'retro' is a style but the carpet made me smile because I had one just like that in the 1970's). The internal restaurant and bar are very good. Unfortunately our holiday was spoilt because my partner was taken seriously ill part way through and ended up in hospital where he remains. The staff in the hotel were so helpful and kind and everyone I spoke to made a difficult situation much easier, a big thank you to them all

Our room was extremely small, dark and quite run down. we only had 2 pillows on the bed and could hear all sorts of noise from outside the window and from other rooms at either side and above. There was banging and crashing from 7am on the Sunday morning which was still ongoing when we left the room at 9:30. For over £100 a night this hotel is not worth it, definitely won’t be returning.

Good location, staff were friendly, room was ok. But corridors and room were a L. grubby, looked like a good clean was needed
