We're excited to announce that the Waitui Beach Club pool at Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa will undergo a full upgrade from 11 January to 24 February 2027, including retiling and resurfacing. During this period, Waitui Beach Club will be temporarily closed. Guests are welcome to enjoy our main resort pool, while exclusive beachfront cabanas will be made available for adults. All I can say is the photos online don’t do this resort Justice. It is even more stunning when you are there! On top of this, the staff are next Level lovely! I haven’t ever experienced such a high level of hospitality. Thank you Sofitel Fiji for an incredible experience! We are already wanting to come back!

I booked a Family Room at the Sofitel Fiji. The resort is well laid-out, has an excellent and friendly atmosphere, is accessible, maintains high cleaning and hygiene standards and is staffed by wonderful people. The rooms are well appointed. The beds are very comfortable and the pillow shop has a great variety of pillows on offer. For the family rooms, I recommend the hotel provide step-stools for children so they can reach the bathroom tapware and sink.
The pool areas are very enjoyable, as well as the dining venues.

Our stay was amazing! I was very worried because I have never spent to much on a hotel however the staff made us forget the dent it our wallet. Our room was as pictured, however the reason it is not 10/10 is purely because we were on level 2 and could hear everything on the floor above. The sound acoustics weren’t good and the kids bunk area was extremely hot so we had to run the air con at all times to keep them cool. The staff across the entire hotel were lovely, professional and welcoming. We didn’t have a problem getting sun beds, or a table at breakfast. No matter how busy it got the staff ensured we were okay. We loved it and will be back.

We booked 4 rooms but our room and my daughters room where extremely noisy with hammer drilling and grinding noise.
I complained to Soloman who moved us the next day to a quite area of the hotel.
We booked thru My Fiji and Soloman said that all third booking parties had been informed of the construction work,My Fiji has denied being told of this.
Ive sent a complaint to MyFiji detailing our disappointing experience with no response at this time.

We were traveling with 5 adults and 5 children (including an infant). The resort was in a great location, not too far from the airport. The rooms were spacious and clean, with fantastic views of the ocean. There was a range of poolside activities for the children each day, including the inflatable obstacle course in the pool and the slides. The children also loved going to Kids Club and the wonderful opportunities provided there. A range of restaurants to choose from, as well as the ability to order poolside drinks and food. Above all, phenomenal staff - so friendly and helpful during our visit. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.
