We’re excited to announce that our main lagoon pool will undergo a full upgrade from 2–18 February 2026, with retiling and resurfacing to elevate your future experience. During this time, the lagoon and waterslide pools will be closed. To ensure your stay remains enjoyable, all guests may access Waitui Beach Club pool and facilities, including cabanas, swim-up bar, and lounge areas. Almost everything was great but got off to a terrible start. We advised 3 times we would be arriving early and needed an early check in. That didn't happen, we got no updates on when we could get the room, and clearly felt there was no acknowledgement of our status.
