Bonjour Sofitel, a Fantastic Hotel….Bravo!!! A simple outlook hotel but beautiful interior design building. Peoples were great and excellent services!!! I reserved Sofitel Queenstown as Platinum member. Visited Queenstown 3rd times. To celebrate my wife 61st birthday (19-23 May). Warmth welcome by Jean and Joyce at late hour due to Air NZ cancelled our direct flight from Sydney. Our room was stunning and beautiful. The club lounge and bar at lobby cosy and relax. The club team was nice, friendly and warmth. My wife enjoyed the rose wine and I like old fashion drink. The left bank restaurant breakfast food was delicious and cappuccino nice. Staffs were always smiling and friendly. The doorman always made our day every day. Our last evening (22 May) really a Big Surprise… and stunning. The team arranged the higher floor PenHouse for us to enjoy the beautiful view of Queenstown and a drink of Monkey 47 gin and tonic…. Yeah, just Amazing!!! Our 5 days stayed, we enjoyed so much and no words can express our gratitude!!! We highly recommend Sofitel Queenstown. Best hotel in Queenstown with a perfect location and very nice staff

We had a perfect 4 night stay at the Sofitel Queenstown. The location is perfect, with easy walking to all restaurants and attractions. The staff at reception, concierge, breakfast and restaurant is amazing. They are efficient and you feel very welcome. I especially remember Jean (front-desk manager) and Morgan (waiter), but really all the staff is great. Their restaurant 'Le petit salon' and their bar is amazing : very intimate and fantastic food. You must try it ! Last but not least, they offer great perks for Accor's members. We spent two other nights in another hotel in Queenstown, but we really recommend the Sofitel.
