Had a wonderful stay in Queenstown at the Sofitel, staff were fabulous and the room was large and well appointed.

When we arrived all was great. We were told we had complimentary non alcoholic drinks and food from minibar, but at check out got stung with a $150 bill because ‘they got it wrong’. Wifi was terrible, I had to connect to roaming to get signal. The rooms were cold and the A/C hard to operate, we even had two staff come and try fiddler with it. Glasses and water weren’t replenished daily and rubbish not taken out.

We travelled to Queenstown to celebrate a mature birthday. We felt so welcome and were treated by all team members with warmth and care. The Sofitel Spa massage treat was excellent, our dining experience's very enjoyable especially the barista coffee art and birthday dessert. Concierge team also so very helpful. Special memories for us.
