Everything in the hotel was great. All equipment was working as they were supposed to. The hotel was clean and security was considered appropriately. The housekeeping had issues where they repeatedly forgot to refill the coffee or creamers. When I asked to get a replacement for them, the front desk lady denied me in giving so.

We have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times now. It is our favorite place to stay in Geneva. It's ideally located, the staff is very friendly and the rooms have a curtain, which is good with kids to separate the room.
