I have stayed here before as location is good, rooms comfortable, staff are helpful. It is on North Terrace so short walk to Rundle Mall. Botanic Gardens, Zoom, Museum, Oval, Casino, beautiful river all accessible.

Room 317 - where your pillow lays adjacent to the loudest lift in Adelaide, the curtains have blood stains, the toilet is so close to the vanity you have to sit sideways, the bathroom door is 40cm wide and hits the glass shower screen and the carpet has more stains than a Port Hart painting. Don’t get me started on the ever present smell, no dining and windows that if not painted shut only open 10cm. Surely a candidate for Adelaide’s worst motel room.
