The room we received was nothing like the bright, airy photos. We could not open the curtains for natural light because the windows were absolutely covered in Pigeon poo, which was just slightly better than the view of the poo covered roof outside.

Good location and easy for parking.

The Grosvenor is old of course but given the 3 star rating is was as expected. Comfortable, quiet and a great location opposite the casino, railway station and tram stop. It was so easy getting around the city. It has a great little drop off/pick up zone out the front as well. Great value given its location to all the amenities and just short walk to Adelaide oval. Surrounded by a great selection of restaurants and cafe's.

People were nice. Room was of a very low standard.

We enjoyed our stay as it was very clean, quiet, with friendly and accommodating staff. More importantly there was parking on site and wheelchair access was available to cater for my needs
