Came to hotel on way to Spain Booked online when got to hotel reception was pleasant to me But when my mum and dad came in with their dog while I went to find parking I informed the receptionist mum was paying for both rooms and my mum had all three passports. My parents wanted to get checked in as their dog is diabetic and needed feeding at that time The receptionist just left my parents standing in reception so they had no option but yo feed the dog there as his food and insulin are time critical When I got back to hotel after finding parking place they still hadn't checked in. I asked the receptionist why and she didn't reply and said I will do it now. The she asked us if we were going out after 10pm as reception closed then and any issues or problems we may have are delt with by the Mercure hotel next door. We were a bit confused to why you would have hotel with guests in with no staff on site. Breakfast was wonderful staff very helpful

I had emailed the hotel a few days before leaving the UK regarding parking my car and trailer, and was told this was possible at the next door hotel owned by Accor (Mercure). On arrival, the receptionist knew nothing about this, and the car park was full. She was excellent and not only welcomed us but did everything possible to facilitate our stay including the parking ! Hotel spotless, room likewise, staff excellent, bed comfortable, breakfast v good. Room pleasant. Overall a ten out of ten stay.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is great, within a few minutes walking distance of the town square. The staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms are really good and have everything you need for the price. Great air conditioning and a really comfortable bed. We highly recommend this hotel.
