A fantastic hotel with a lovely bar. Our waiter Cristian, was very knowledgeable and is clearly passionate about wine and the local vintage. A great recommendation and interesting local knowledge. I would highly recommend either staying in the hotel or visiting the bar for a few drinks.

Alex u at the reception and cristian in the restaurant was very kind and helpful. They Surprised us on our birthday with a free drink of choice for the whole family. Helped in guiding the routes and choosing restaurants and places of entertainment

This hotel is in an excellent location near the old town. The suite was really good with an inclusive mini bar, however they only have full sugar coke and I explained that most guests would probably prefer Coke Zero or Diet Coke but they said they didn’t have any! Also when the member of staff came to refill the mini bar and she saw that we had helped ourselves to some items (it’s there to be used) she rolled her eyes which is not what I expect from staff and this hotel. Also on check in we were not informed that the swimming pool was closed for repair, we only found out when we went there carrying our costumes looking forward to a swim! Breakfast was quite good and the staff were quick to replenish items. It wasn’t a bad experience but wasn’t a good one either.

The breakfasts were great with lots of options. The front desk was also very helpful arranging transportation to the airport at a very early time im the morning.
