Overall we had a great stay, but unable to find our Agoda booking when checking in. Agoda were useless and did not help, but Sofitel were great and made a new booking and provided amazing upgrade.

Entire staff was accommodating from check in to bellman and restaurant. Room was very comfortable and equipped.

Unfortunately, the service fell well below expectations. I was staying for work and had a major function during my visit. My PA had mistakenly booked the wrong Sofitel property, and I requested to be moved to the correct hotel within the brand. The response and handling of that request were frankly shocking. As a Platinum Elite member, I expected a higher level of support and flexibility, especially in a work-critical situation. Regrettably, I won’t be staying here again.
