Excellent stay. The front of desk staff were fantastic. Courteous and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I did have a slight problem when I checked out but the staff were excellent and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. The house staff also were excellent and the room cleanliness was brilliant.

My friend had to go to the Novotel hotel next door, it was said it was an 'upgrade' but in the morning Novotel wanted to chargmy friend for staying there, despite the fact that his room booked at Ibis was fully paid for and also checked in on line in advance...not a good service, but the staff were friendly and helpful at the Ibis.

It’s a great location but this also means there is quite a lot (too much) noise from outside the hotel. This time I was at the back of the building. Not sure what was going on but sounded like “stuff” was being shifted loudly from c4:00. I have stayed previously on the front of the building and been kept awake by drunk/ angry/ both drunk and angry people until the early hours. Not a great night’s sleep.
