The hotel is very close to reading station , literally 5 mins walk. Reception was very welcoming and checking in was extremely quick , our room was on the 10th floor and had everything required for our over night stay. No street noise as we looked out onto the back of the hotel, very comfy bed. Checking out was very easy , they’ll look after your bags if you’re checking out early.

Generally acceptable but some staff seem very indifferent to customer needs. I /raised a couple of issues and had the sense the staff didn’t care. They almost had to be pushed into logging issues. Couldn’t answer basic questions about your loyalty scheme
