the hotel is nice and neat, the stay was very good. One challenge is that it gets pretty hot at night, and opening the window results in lots of train noise starting 4 AM.

However, we understand that the temperature in your room at night was not as comfortable as you would have preferred. We do offer individual air conditioning controls in all rooms, and additional fans or mobile units are available upon request to enhance your comfort. Moreover, we apologize for any disruption caused by the train noise when the window was open. Our rooms are equipped with double-glazed windows and guests can request to stay at the backside of the hotel for a quieter experience. Finally, we are pleased that you appreciated our convenient location, close to the train station, which provides easy access to both the airport and city center attractions. Clean hotel, modern rooms, secure parking and good location for getting the train into the city.
