I had a room booked via my company, I needed a further night, private, it took me over an half hour to book a further night....first I needed to call 3 times until I finally got through, afterwards it took another 20 minutes to book the room and I was not able to get feedback if I am able to stay in the same room for 2 nights, ridiculous! I also tried to book via mobile app, but the app is not working well. Check-in took very long, I dont understand why these check-ins take so long and are not better prepared upfront....my key card did not work the next day, I needed to check-out and than check-in again because of the private night, in my opinion the entire process is to long and complicated.....

great experience, the toilet drainage was making lot of noise which disturbed me at night but apart from that it was wonderful !

Location is neer the train and good for traveling iut of the city We had to change our room 3 times due to a.c problems. Our room was not cleand at the 1st day Parking is expensive Overall service was good, the team at the loby were great Thanks

Conviently located right by the train station, a park, shopping, and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was bomb! Room was good, but a bit dirty (i.e. rug looked dingy, sticky spots on floor). Great customer service at check in and bar/lounge area. Had an issue with the parking garage ticket not working a couple times and had to go get it fixed at front desk to leave.

Recently stayed a the hotel for 3 nights. We were in room 906 and stayed with our 12 year old son. The window in the room opened fully and was very dangerous. I left the room on the first morning to go for a walk and as i walked along the corridor to the left the window in the hallway was opened fully into the walkway and i nearly banged my face off it. This was pointed out to a cleaner who had seen this and she closed it. I reported this to the reception staff also. The hotel itself was fine. Good facilities although the decor in some parts especially the safe in room, lifts etc could be doing with a makeover. We didn't eat or use the bar at the hotel so cant comment on that. 15 minutes into the centre of stuttgart and trains were very frequent.
