Everything was fine except for construction noise which at times was unbearable

I sincerely apologise for the disappointment and disruption caused by the renovation work, the aim of which is of course to offer an even more modern service with maximum convenience. Nice hotel, terrible service

The service at the hotel was terrible. We arrived late one evening and had booked two rooms. They probably gave us the worst possible rooms you could find. Right across from the train tracks. We ordered room service, and the person who delivered refused to drop some of the food off in the other room. Then he basically just pushed the cart into our room and left. Got up the next morning to use the shower. Turned out the trash from the previous guest, including a used pantyliner was in there as a gift for us I guess. Will never stay there again.

Everything about the hotel and it's staff was excellent. We had a really lovely time -- the room was comfortable, the service was top rate, and the location was within easy walking distance to everything we needed.
