Fantastic location, lovely hotel, super helpful staff, wonderful breakfast. We stayed here 3 times over the Xmas and new year period 24/25 as we travelled across EU and used Munich as our in/out destination for long-haul flights. The rooms are modern, well appointed and comfortable- (usual issue with Accor and size of wardrobe space - ( the world over they build for a single weekend business traveller not a family of 2 or 3 ). We used the spa and swim facilities- restrictions on children in certain steam/sauna. Pool was a little too cold for my liking, it need to be another 4-5 degrees warmer, we couldn’t stay in there long. At peak season it is as expected rate wise, but I have to say I did think the bar/bar food was overpriced €15 for a pot of tea is pushing it!! Even though the hotel was full it didn’t feel over crowded, I do think however they could make much better use of the conference spaces near the lifts and downstairs at Christmas time and have more “sofa/relaxing living spaces “ for families to sit or create a nice indoor themed champagne bar like outside or area for kids (gaming etc) . Total waste of space. Breakfast was excellent- great choice, little expensive as always but worth it. We had a bad experience with rooms and no extra bed for our son on the last night/trip and although resolved some 2 hours later it didn’t totally spoil our trip. We will pick this up with Accor. Would return anytime with family.

The food was bland, barely warm, with no great smells or flavours normally comi s with French food. The music was very loud, the waiter was not friendly and smelt of cigarettes and alcohol. Never coming back here. Not recommend this restaurant.

This hotel was very good and we really enjoyed everything. Very close city centre and marinaplatz. We also specially like thank dear umot Mahmoud manager on duty for warm welcoming and wonderful hospitality. Because of him we felt like we are at home.

First of all the hotel is in excellent location , walking distance to city center. high class service from each employees. It is so popular from all around the world in terms of design, cleanliness. Especially Front Office Team, thank you so much Mr Dogukan , friendly and wonderful person who made our stay amazing with his service. Definitely we will come back again !

The hotel is well located, very close to the central train station, which is a plus. The employees are very friendly. They were very helpful and had a positive attitude. Unfortunately, there are some serious design problems in the rooms. Even though we had an upgrade, our room was small. The sliding bathroom doors did not close properly; there was a 4-5 cm gap, which did not allow for full privacy in the bathroom. The bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable. We ordered room service, and the food was mediocre and expensive for such mediocre taste.
