The safe wasn't functioning (but was repaired the second day, OK), the breakfast was not as well served -too few alternatives, and some of them was empty after a while.

Hotel needs renovation - and skip the breakfast here

Disappointing experience at this Novotel and below par for what you normally get. Not worth the 4 stars. Room was not cleaned properly, lots of dust in corners and on top of e.g. appliances. Everything also looks rather worn, this hotel is really in need of refurbishment. Air conditioning in room did not work, just air blowing out. Breakfast was rather disappointing, cheap orange juice from a container, lousy scrambled eggs, tasteless turkey ‘bacon’ and chicken sausage. Very limited choice of bread and toppings. Skip breakfast, not worth the money. All in all, the worst Novotel I have visited in the Netherlands.

This hotel needs to be refurbished. Not worth 4 stars. Room was not cleaned very well, lots of dust. Airco not functioning and could not be fixed. Breakfast was of poor quality. Way below par for a Novotel.

The best location for business trips. The staff was very welcoming and helped with any request. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was also extremely pleased with the opportunity to borrow an umbrella from the hotel as it was raining constantly.
