We've stayed at the Novotel Queenstown a number of times primarily becuase it's so centrally located and easy to walk around town. While the hotel is a little dated and could do with a refresh, it's clean and tidy and the service is okay. My only gripe is that each time I've stayed here my status hasn't been acknowledged and none of the benefits applied. Other than that, I would stay again purely for the convenience of the location.

No upgrade available which was understandable considering the time of the year. However best room in the same category was also not provided. The room was not clean with ring marks on the table and hair in the bathroom. We could hear loud thumping footsteps from upstairs at all hours of the day and night which was shocking. Checked in on my 40th Birthday which my husband had mentioned in the booking. However no note or mention of it.
