We had a wonderful stay here and would've given it a 10 if the elevator was working. Our 3 days were packed to the brim with activities so luckily we would use the stairs 2x a day, early in the morning and return after dinner. Everyone we met on Staff were polite, approachable and willing to assist with our needs. May 2024 valet parking was $36 per day. We only used this service on our 2nd day as we were able to get a park out the front for the other 2 days. It cost us a total of $15. A max 3 full hours costs $12, then you need to top up again if there for a long period. After 6pm all street parking is free until 9am the next day. If you have bus tours planned I suggest to use valet parking. Fines would be very expensive. We can't rate the bar or food as we were gone from 6am til 9pm and had all meals out. The bed was super comfortable and the room itself was a nice temperature the whole stay. Great shower pressure and very clean. Our stay was pretty close to perfect and we will recommend this place to all our friends and family. Definitely our 1st choice if available should we visit Queenstown again.

Arrived to find that we had been allocated a room on the 4th floor, however the lift was out of action and remained so for the duration of the stay. There was no contact before our arrival to find out if mobility was an issue. The other disappointing factor was the lack of parking at the hotel and the misinformation given by reception staff about alternative parking.
