Hotel is nice and clean Staff was super helpful The only small thing is that despite checking in online and being a gold member, I still had to queue to check in. Didn’t take too long but would have been nice to reserve priority lane for members

While the location is a definite plus, the rooms are showing their age. The breakfast, however, was a significant letdown. The staff were unhelpful, and the food quality was abysmal – stale pastries and a buffet that looked unappetizing. For a Novotel, especially in a culinary destination like Queenstown, this was remarkably disappointing.
