Very friendly and supportive staff. Relaxed environment at the breakfast location. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The roof terrace is a highlight of the hotel.

Many flaws for a 5-star

1) our room was advertised as « le petit prince » inspired. There is no such thing ... 2) the TV did not work twice during a three-day stay 3) I drove in three times to the hotel, there was never a voiturier or anyone to help in front of the hotel 4) the room service menu is really limited Overall, to my opinion, this hotel does not qualify to be a 5-star and should take some time to see how to improve. Those issues are not staff-related, the people I dealt with were all trying to do their best and were very nice.

Regarding the Family Package advertised by "Inspired by Petit Prince", we offer coloring notebooks at check-in and two little presents I brought to your room. I am sorry you and your family had the feeling it was not enough in term of amenities. I have informed our Marketing Manager regarding this situation. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the room service offer. We will communicate your comment to the Restaurant Manager and our Chef to ensure that this does not happen again in the future. Finally, we are sincerely sorry you did not have a voiturier to help you when you arrived at the hotel. We understand it was not very nice as a welcome. Our Front Office Manager will be inform. Excellent stay in the European Quarter of Brussels

Once again I had a great stay at the Sofitel Brussels, this time in a very nice and spacious suite with a balcony overlooking Place Jourdan. The refurbished suites look very fresh and modern and are, of course, the best way to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. On a beautiful summer evening the bar had relocated to the roof terrace, which provided for an excellent experience. The Sofitel remains my favourite in Brussels.

Far from everything in city center but can be good or bad. Nice fries store outside the door. Hotel itself was great. Didn’t get a chance to checkout their fitness and steam room.
