I normally stay at hotels with a fully different price level, but as it is walking distance from one of my offices, and the reception staff is always very nice and non-complicated, I regularly choose this hotel for a night’s stay, when I am too tired to drive home. If I should give a hint it is that it would be nice if there’re would always be TOWELS in the room, and if the cleaning team would not vacuum the aisle at 10PM. No end of the world, but.... Merci

From the very beginning, the receptionist was not very welcoming. I was not informed that I had the right to request a free travel pass, and no information about the hotel facilities, such as breakfast, was provided upon arrival. The Wi-Fi is unsecured and does not require a password. I was initially given a room that smelled like sewage and was so dusty and dirty that my family and I could not sleep due to allergies. We later became unwell because of the significant levels of dust. I had to ask the receptionist to change our room, as the smell made it impossible to rest properly. Unfortunately, the new room was also dusty and dirty, and I had to kill several insects in the room. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

I specifically wrote that I would prefer a room on a higher floor, if possible. I got a room on ground floor, which is fine by any means. But the amount of noise from the nearby room for personal (technical, laundry or whatever), the reception and the guests was IMMENSE. I had a night shift and worked until 4:30 in the morning, I was dead tired and slept immediately like a rock.. until 6:30 when the absolute hell broke out. So much banging, talking loud, cutlery sounds etc. I know if it depends on the type of guests, but it was just absurdly loud. And i have some tolerance already for this stuff. I would absolutely avoid the hotel, if I have again an assignment in the region.

This hotel was the same as most hotels in the chain comfortable and unassuming. If you don't have your own transportation the hotel is a bit out of he way.
