The location was great. The housekeepers were extremely nice and the room was big enough for the three of us. Sadly, the air conditioning did not work and it was hot. The front desk employees were not very nice or helpful.

Corridor’s carpet are dirty, bathroom and lobby give a cheap impression. I am not sure I get the concept with the Novotel brand attached to it. The Novotel image is clearly degrading after the few hotels I used lately.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the location was perfect as we were nearby to the train station, bus stop and metro so it was easy to travel around. I feel the rooms could have been cleaned to a slightly higher standard and the rooms are a little dated, so could probably do with some new furniture, new paint etc which would make it 10 stars.
