Anda L. Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

Overall the stay was good in a very good location. But the room has no ironing board and iron. If the hotel mostly has business people staying, ironing equipment is essential in every room. I asked for it and the staff never brought to me. Thank God I had some colleagues staying at the same time and they were lucky they received it and I borrowed it. There are no hair conditioners in bathroom and no hand cream. Breakfast is very simple buffet. I would like to see more options and variety.

Dear Anda L., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you had an overall good stay and appreciated our convenient location. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the iron and ironing board. We understand how important these facilities can be, particularly for guests travelling for business, and we are especially sorry that your request was not attended to in a timely manner. This does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide, and we will address this with the relevant team to help prevent a recurrence. We also appreciate your comments regarding the bathroom amenities. Your feedback about the availability of hair conditioner and hand cream has been noted and will be shared with our housekeeping team for consideration. Regarding breakfast, thank you for your honest feedback. We understand that guests staying for several days may appreciate a greater selection and more variety, and we will take your comments into account as we review our breakfast offering. We value your feedback as it helps us identify areas where we can improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with a more seamless and comfortable experience. Sandeep B. Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

The location was excellent — very convenient for accessing the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the service was good overall. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a nice variety of options. For improvement, I'd suggest making a few basic amenities available by default rather than on request: hair conditioner, body lotion, toothpaste kit, ironing facilities etc, I had to specifically ask for these during my stay, whereas other hotels I've stayed at — such as Radisson Blu — provide them as standard.

Dear Sandeep B., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed our convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, overall service, and breakfast selection. It’s wonderful to know that these aspects contributed to a pleasant stay. We also sincerely appreciate your comments regarding the availability of amenities. We understand that having essentials such as hair conditioner, body lotion, toothpaste kits, and ironing facilities readily available can make a stay more comfortable and convenient. Your feedback has been noted and will be shared with our team as we review how we can improve the guest experience. Thank you once again for your valuable suggestions. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back and providing an even more comfortable stay in the future. Best regards, Novotel Vilnius Centre
