Check in/check out very fast and friendly, the room was big, spacious and nice, the heating is not enough, the thermostat was locked to max 25 degree, not possible to increase it, but also the temperature in the room according to my feeling was around 18-19 degree max, we slept with a long-sleeve planal T-short and 2 additional sweaters. By the way I have complained about it at the reception desk, I asked if possible to unlock the 25 degree limit. she told me that she will check it, but unfortunately we didn't feel any change in the temperature. The breakfast was ok but could be much better for the level of the hotel. I have had a better experience on this trip also with a different and cheaper Hotel (around 80 euro per night) And the breakfast was much better, we got salmon, many different types of salami, egg eye, many different and very tasty salads. I even considered to cancel the additional 2 nights at Novotel and go back to the first Hotel and in the end I didn't do it, because our schedule was too tight.
