I was staying with family in 2 rooms. I sent email confirming 2 nearby/adjacent rooms. When I reached for checkin at midnight, our rooms were allocated on different floors. Apparently, the booking/reservation staff despite confirming me on email, did not inform reception or room allocation staff. Took 30mins to checkin at midnight. In room, AC was not working and there was no ventilation, reception staff tried to fix the problem, but AC was still not working. She was kind enough to bring a table fan for the night.

Very well located, but on Aug 21, the cleaning lady entered the room with her own key card despite there was a sign "Do Not Disturb" hung on the outside of the door. It was very disturbing and has never happened before (I believe I have been stayed in about 60 - 70 hotels around Europe). Breakfast was kind of plain, coffee not very good. During the breakfast some day they cleaned tables a bit too actively – on Aug 21 they took away my freshly filled juice glass in the middle of my breakfast. Some days, on the contrary, the cleaning team was quite lazy – on Aug 22 there were plenty of tables with no people at them but uncleaned. Overall kind of strange experience, wouldn't stay there again nor wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends.

The room on the 8th floor had a very nice view, was comfortable, quiet and extremely clean. The front office team is awesome, especially the lady working on the 23rd of august midday:) Breakfast was delicious, the restaurant is well organized and the staff members are very welcoming. Overall a great hotel, beautiful, well located.

Hotel with a very good location, however I expected more from a 4* hotel (Spanish brand). The big difference is in the details and the hotel was almost completely lacking in them, with no amenities and soap that looks the same for hands, hair or body, and not very good. I can't give it more than a 7.

There was no hot water in our room or, as we later found out, on the entire floor. Things happen, but since it was impossible to take a proper shower, I can't give a high rating to a four-star hotel with expensive room rates. On the bright side, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were excellent.

The staff was very friendly; I felt exceptionally well taken care of. I especially appreciated the help with parking, where a very kind receptionist accompanied me right up until my departure. It was such a coincidence that I was assisted by the same staff member during check-in. I appreciate their kindness and assistance. The hotel is well-maintained and clean for its age. Very good hotel and the personnel was very good and helpful. Wonderful breakfast was served and my stay was very good. Only some very small details that could maybe be improved such as giving clear directions regarding the use of card in the elevator and maybe some ways to occasionally turn of the air conditioning (sound) in the bedroom.

The rooms are large enough and well maintained, but the breakfast buffet service is below standard. Most things are constantly out of stock, and empty trays stand for 20–30 minutes before they are refilled.

All my wishes for the room were taken into account. It is good that cleaning only if you want it. One suggestion: the pillows are very thick and big, so maybe you could have some thinner pillows, too. Professional staff - able to give advice, genuinely helpful, and their friendliness was not exaggerated. My 100% favourite hotel in Vilnius.
