Everything fine, except for the room cleanup. I appreciate that you do it every second day, but I would have liked it to be a proper cleanup, not just a quick passage: even the tea bags not refilled, not to mention the towels, and the rubbish not taken away. Even the toilet paper not refilled. Very disappointing.

The hotel and staff was nice. The gym could use a renovation it seemed old and didn’t fit the hotel’s aesthetic. The room was nice but we missed slippers, personal amenities and lotion. When asked we received the slippers. The breakfast was amazing. And so was the location.

We stayed for 5 days at the hotel. First of all, the hotel is located near the old town and near several excellent restaurants (Casa della Pasta and also near London Grill). We were given rooms on the 9th floor with a view of the roofs of other buildings and it was lovely to see the snow. The breakfast was very satisfying, and the children were very happy to see the pancakes being made. On the day of the return flight, they prepared food bags for us with a fruit sandwich and a drink, very thoughtful. We had a problem with the TV in the room the evening we arrived. After talking to the reception, they sent a representative who was unable to fix it, and we arranged for a technician to come tomorrow morning. When we returned to the room at noon, the TV had been repaired. The service at the reception and in the dining room was excellent.

We had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Vilnius Centre. The location is perfect, right on the main avenue and within easy walking distance of the Old Town, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, although sometimes we had to wait a bit for certain dishes to be refilled. Overall, a great choice for a short city break in Vilnius. We would happily stay here again.
