The only think I did not like was that the housekeeping took my personal card and returned it after I asked at the reception for it. That was okay until nobody cleaned my room on the very next day. Hope this was just for that day, If I were to stay for more days it wouldn't have happened not to have the room cleaned due to revenge or anything by the housekeeping.

Well located and I loved having both a bathtub and a shower booth - that's the reason I chose this hotel. And I like having room service though I didn't order this time. Also I loved having a fridge to keep drinking water cool. Just the bed mattress was a bit too soft for me - sinking my body a lot - and I would prefer a little harder one.

Idris E. Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

Great hotel in a good location in the centre of Vilnius, with the usual facilities you would expect from a Novotel. The breakfast was good too, with plenty of hot and cold options and good service. We didn't eat lunch or dinner in the restaurant but I'm sure it would have been good too. My only issues were the soundproofing of the windows and the strange bathroom doors in the room. The area outside is busy with boy racers driving by and crowds singing and shouting at the weekend, all of which were easily audible from the sixth floor room. And the bathroom doors were like a wild west saloon, but harder to pull shut together. It would have been fine for a couple, but with my daughter there too it wasn't great.

Dear Idris E., Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay at Novotel Vilnius Centre. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our central location and the breakfast offerings, as well as the service provided by our team. We acknowledge your concerns regarding the soundproofing of the windows and the design of the bathroom doors. Your comments are valuable, and we appreciate your insight as it helps us to understand our guests’ experiences more fully. While our hotel aims to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we understand that external noise can be a concern during busy periods. The unique design of our bathroom doors is intended to blend style with functionality, and we regret to hear that this did not meet your expectations. Thank you once again for your feedback. We hope to welcome you back in the future for another stay. Best regards, Novotel Vilnius Centre

Sonya C. C. Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

A perfect location for short stay in the heart of Vilnius . Located on charming busy street but as windows double glazed , no noise in room. Very comfortable bedding , however bathroom which had both separate shower and bath was lacking the bath/ shower gel for the bath and moisturiser which I had to ask for at front desk in addition to slippers and amenities kits. In comparison to other Novotel hotels we have stayed worldwide buffet breakfast although adequate was not as extensive and as varied as other Novotels. Lobby area needs serious improvement, the lounges and seating is not stylish and very uncomfortable and layout not practical. First impressions of lobby area doesn’t do the hotel justice and an improvement in seating furniture would give the hotel a Wow factor as the location and comfort level of rooms is otherwise great. But can’t beat location !!!

Dear Sonya, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at Novotel Vilnius Centre. We are delighted to hear that you appreciated our prime location and the comfort of the bedding in your room. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the bathroom amenities. Your comments regarding the lack of bath/shower gel and moisturiser have been noted, and we will review our inventory protocols to ensure our guests have everything they need during their stay. Additionally, we appreciate your observations regarding the breakfast variety and lobby area. Your insights are valuable as we strive to enhance our services and facilities to meet the expectations of our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, where we can provide you with an even more satisfying experience. Best regards, Novotel Vilnius Centre

We liked the location of the hotel and view of our room. Rooms were simple but clean and comfortable (I really missed the magnified mirror in the bathroom). Breakfast was oke and staff were very kind. One thing, before leaving I wanted to change baby and there was no baby table (!) quite surprising in a city with excellent baby infrastructure.
