Stayed in 2 different rooms as initially I was in a shared room then had a solo reservation; the transfer proved a bit problematic as hotel was full and they couldn’t easily give me a room over that 3 hr window btw checkout and checkin. I got a handicapped room - ugh. Carpet dirty and stained, needs a deep clean. Do the people who design these lovely looking rooms actually use them? The light switches are in awkward places making turning lights on and off something you have to figure out, reaching around doors or down the entry. And all the hotels in Lithuania’ had a ‘green policy’ for towels on exhibit in the bathroom yet the staff always removed ALL the towels no matter where you put them, And if the hotel orders you a taxi to airport it will cost €10 more for an upscale taxi.
