My visit got off to a bad start, when the receptionist asked me for £12 more than I had been quoted. I had to show him the App on my 'phone before he believed me and charged me the rate I had agreed to. On the plus side, I was given a top floor room as per my preferences. The room had an excellent view of the harbour and was perfectly comfortable and adequate. I thought the breakfast was much more basic than the one offered by Premier Inn for the same price.

We could not be more pleased with our stay at Ibis Quayside in Aberdeen 🌟 A competitive price, good location an easy walk from the train station, decent breakfast and a streamlined, simple room BUT the total winner is a service level that you would expect from a good hotel. Welcoming, friendly and efficient staff, from front desk to room service, who immediately make you feel right at home and could not be more helpful. Just blown away! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Stayed for one week at Ibis Aberdeen. My room was clean and tidy, comfortable bed. Powerful shower. Very good location for town and services. Staff very helpful and good attitude at all times. Would recommend stay.
