Although near Central Aberdeen it was quiet. Hotel very clean and staff great. Never had a bad stay there. Good food.

So hotel the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was good the only fault is the bathroom it was like an after thought. Opening and closing the door was so noisy, the shower was so slippery but a shower mate was available on request were it should just be there. Air conditioning would only come on when room reached a certain temperature. Apart from that it was good. Had to pay £16+ for car park which increases the cost of the hotel you would think a cheaper rate or free for hotel guests.

Regarding the car park fee, as with most city centre hotels in the UK, car park are generally a different entity and always paid parking. We do not own the NCP car park hence we cannot provide free parking for guests. We do offer discounted parking vouchers which reduces your parking rate to £12 for every 24hrs.
