Hotel very good, but be warned it is in the LEZ zone so had a £30 fine to pay for parking in the NCP carpark.

I asked for a quiet room and was instead given a room almost touching the lift doors, easily the noisiest room on the floor. There was zero welcome, two receptionists ignored me before eventually staring at me. The room was at least clean and the bed comfy

First time staying. Great location. Handy for shops and bus and railway stations. Good value. Room was clean. Good view of harbour. Plenty to eat for breakfast. Some facilities, like toaster, not working properly so took ages to get toast do that cd be better. Staff were all lovely and helpful throughout hotel. Bit noisy in corridir outside room until about 1am but I guess this is to be expected in a city centre hotel on a Saturday night near Christmas. Would definitely use this hotel again.
