Hotel in great location for city centre. Well insulated fom outside noise. Bed comfortable and heating adjustable. Bathroom small but shower very good. Breakfast satisfactory.

Disappointed that although I checked in on line I still had to do it all again . Unsatisfactory. Also the internet access was poor. Every time I logged in it was ok but when I came out of it and went in later I had to again find access. I have never had a problem like that before and it is very annoying.

****BEWARE*** To book I went into the hotels own website as the deal was £44. During the process a pop up came on guiding me to book through a reservation site, I assumed this was the hotels own booking system - on check out instead of the £44 I expected I was charged $88.62 plus $11.99 booking fee!!!!! No refunds!!
