I’ve stayed in your property several times in the past, however this last trip was disappointing. I was on the second floor (I think room 229), nothing wrong with the room, however it backed on to the stairs and I heard everyone go up and down, at all time of the day and night. There was als a fire door outside my room which when closed at night (understandably) was quite noisy as it swung back and forth. The service in the bar was also very slow, not helped by one member of staff continuing to do a paperwork task when there were several people waiting.
