Lovely staff but hotel needs upgrade badly

Hotel is very worn and needs updating badly. Whilst beds are comfortable the rooms are not. A few of the lights would not work, no water, tissues put in box to look like it was full but when pulled out was just 1 tissue and box was empty. No glasses, no fridge.

Excellent location for city centre break being just a few steps from centre of Union Street. Excellent service from staff and generally meets expectations. But the decor is slightly tired in places and signs of cost cutting since last visit.

Lovely Stay, amazing location and staff were super friendly. Very nice room with views of the city. Parking is available through the your parking space app. I had a 1 pm checkout which is very handy for some last min shopping before heading home.
