Hotel comfortable and clean, however room was very warm and even with the radiator turned right down, still had to use the fan at night, which seemed a little odd in the middle of December! Otherwise lovely hotel.

Overall good, on arrival the key system was not working, so couldn't access room. When receptionist later took myself and another guest up, and gave access with a master key card, rooms were swapped and after checking out I received email advising I had stayed beyond my check-out and left possessions in 102, when in fact I had checked out of 107. Otherwise all OK.

Abit tired hotel but understandable given sge, staff were lovely. Room was nice enough but bed was very uncomfortable unfortunately.
