Visiting theatre with my carer, always stay at this hotel as they are so accommodating in providing adjoining rooms. Always greeted at the desk by my name . Central location in Aberdeen which is handy for everything we need

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was really good, bed was comfy, nice modern bathroom and great view over Union terrace.

The bathroom was old fashioned and uncomfortable, the food at breakfast wasn‘t fresh at all and. Room service wasn‘t possible because nobody picked up the phone 20 minutes before closing time.

Had a lovely stay, very comfortable. Staff were very nice and friendly in particular our breakfast waitress. Although very clean, the carpets in communal areas getting threadbare and the hotel is starting to look a little tired. In saying that, our room overlooking Union Terrace Gardens was lovely and we will be back later this year

The hotel is in a good city centre location with parking. Hotel room has got comfy bed and all facilities that you need. It was just a shame that the room was so hot and lighting is poor (very dark for trying to get ready to go out). Staff were disengaged at reception and looked miserable.
