Bar waiter was excellent. Receptionist gave an impression that everything was an effort and guests were a distraction. My silver membership drink was messed up possibly because it was a rescheduled date. The Receptionist seemed dismissive of this: "nothing I can do". If she can't then who can? She suggested I email Mercure. I could see her, see the bar and she knew I hadn't redeemed the drink. Nothing she can do? Useless.
