Overall was a very good experience. I booked this hotel for my mum and dad to stay for their birthdays. They said the hotel was lovely and I even saw the room for myself, it was huge and looked comfy. Genuinely my only complaint was that I paid for them to have breakfast when I booked the stay. Upon checking in, they were told they didn’t have breakfast. Thankfully I had a screenshot to prove I did and the lady on reception was super helpful and lovely at sorting it. She said she could see it was paid for but it hadn’t pulled through. If I hadn’t been with them, my worry is they’d have had to pay again.

The hotel was old and shabby, the stair carpets were baldy in places. The doors in the hallways were badly chipped with chunks out of the doors in some places. The room was large but the beds were old, mattresses uncomfortable and carpets old and dirty feeling. The showers ran cold. I would not recommend the hotel or come back again.
