Very basic rooms with no tea or coffee making facilities, no hooks to put coats. Staying 3 nights there were insufficient hangers for 2 people. Overall a clean quiet location, staff were helpful. But €18 for a breakfast, wow!

Overall good experience, the only issue is that I asked for sofa bed and they do not have this option anymore and this is not mentioned in their website

I believe there is a slight lack of detail throughout all stages of your customer service. From the beginning, I expected the reception staff to be more friendly. The room was okay, but the amount of clutter in the air vents shows that they haven't been cleaned for several months. To turn on the hair and body soap, I had to rotate it toward the shampoo conditioner, making it impossible to use the soap at all. Additionally, there was a nauseous smell coming from the basin. Some of these issues are easy fixes that would make my stay more pleasant. The young lady at the breakfast entrance was great, as was a gentleman at reception (Marcij?).

Perfect stay for a group booking

The experience was made excellent for our group of over 60 rooms for 3 to 4 nights. The team is a super star, starting from our reservation team (Enny & Marko) and continuing with the Operations and F&B team (Collin and Cindy). Thanks again for hosting us for 7 editions and we will repeat again in a few months!
