This is a good budget hotel. Breakfast is Ok. Clean. Sometimes is a bit crowded and the lobby is tiny

It was OK, service not best but just OK. Breakfast extremely poor. Room comfortable. Location very bad.

Rip off hotel - stole more than 300E from my account

I'd paid for my room in advance - apart from 10E in local taxes. I was able to prove there and then that there was a charge on my credit card account for more than 300E . In spite of this they forced me to pay again and as I only had my current account card with me (luckily enough to cover the bill) this has left with terrible issues in having to pay for food/fuel etc once I returned home. The anxiety with this ruined my holiday to Portugal. The hotel manager Paolo promised several times that I would get a refund and that it had been processed. Nearly two weeks later I have received no refund. He also accused me of lying as he claimed I had asked for the booking to be cancelled. This was clearly not the case as there had been a charge on my credit card account Very, very disappointed to be treated this way by Accor a brand I had previously trusted as reliable and honest.
