My stay at the hotel was comfortable and quiet, meeting expectations. Improvements needed include: Adding phones in the rooms to contact reception easily. Providing a kettle and cups. The high price during New Year calls for higher-quality services. The reception staff were very cooperative and organized. They arranged rooms close to each other and provided the required bed types, which was excellent for family needs.

It was a nice place for a layover. Parking is available, but be prepared for tight cornering. The room was clean and suitable for a one-night stay. As for the heating, it was set quite high at 30°C, which I found excessive. I had to turn it off and open the window wide to sleep comfortably. However, that’s just my preference—others might appreciate it being that warm.

I liked this hotel. It’s not far from the city center, and the transport connections are good. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job, thank you to them! However, the reception staff were extremely unfriendly. I can't say that they are not helpful. Of course they are doing their job, I thanks them. They assisted with check-in, check-out, and luggage storage. But their attitude was so unfriendly that every question felt stressful. Even during check-out, it was unpleasant to talk to them. It's very important to me, specially in the morning if people smile or interract a bit friendly. But "Hello" with eye-roll or even total ignoring... No, I never come back there)
